Please state the name of the signer(s) and what type of document(s) need to be notarized.  Appointments should take no more than 30 minutes.

Fees:

$30 for one signature per document.

$40 for two signatures per document, et cetera.   

$10 dollars will be added to the appointment for travel time if the distance is more than 10 miles to your location.

Emergency appointment after hours may be accepted for an additional fee. 

An invoice will be created and sent once the appointment has been accepted.  Payment will be in person with a card or cash.
